Japan Investment Properties Tours

NTI’s principals and staff regularly organize and facilitate guided tours for investors from all over the world. Our tours range from 1-2 days sample property inspections in a single city, for singles and couples holidaying in Japan and looking to “check things out” while they’re here – and all the way up to a week or two of intense itineraries for large groups, packed full of meetings with realtors, legal practitioners, developers and local investors in any number of cities nation-wide.

What are these tours all about?

They’re all about examining, first-hand and hands-on, the multitude of investment opportunities that Japan has to offer for the international investor.

They’re all about obtaining familiarity with local real-estate “hotspots” and lucrative investment profiles.

They’re all about networking with like-minded individuals, meeting local business-people and getting straight-up, knowledgeable answers to the important questions savvy investors ask – as well as a few you probably haven’t thought to ask.

They’re all about experiencing, along the way, some of Japan’s unique and breath-taking sights and historical sites, unearthly sounds, cultural delights and culinary delicacies.

What are these tours NOT about?

They’re not about selling.

They’re not about pressuring you into buying anything.

They’re not about making you feel obligated, uncomfortable, stressful or rushed in any way, shape or form.

In fact, we’ll insist that you DON’T purchase anything on this trip, but spend the time to familiarize yourself with the local market – so that if and when you decide to purchase in the future, you’ll have the necessary information to make the best, most profitable and informed choices, that suit your personal criteria and requirements.
